Relationship Therapy

Relationship Therapy is a combination of Theta Healing and Angelic Guidance. It helps you to understand yourself more and to learn how to love yourself for who you are. Because, until you love yourself - how are you going to expect anyone else to love you the way you want to be loved?

Relationship Therapy isn't a session that will sort you out in one go, you have to be willing to work on yourself; on your fears, your doubts, your whole way of thinking needs to change in order to change how you see yourself.

It is a committment that will open your eyes to your soul's desires. It will give you the knowledge of what you need to achieve in order to attract true love to you, and above all - it will let you see yourself as others see you; radiant and beautiful both inside and out!

A good friend once told me,'When you stop looking for love, it will find you.' 

She was right, once I stopped looking for love, and worked on what I actually wanted from a relationship, and most importantly, 'Why?', I then realised what was missing in my life. So, I worked on making myself happy with who I was as a person first, and then without me really thinking about it or planning it (I was quite enjoying my freedom at that point :D) love fell into my lap when I least expected it!

What can you expect from a Relationship Therapy Course?

What I expect from you during the course:

I expect you to be open to facing your deepest fears regarding relationships of all kinds and to be willing to release those fears and negative thoughts in order for you to heal yourself.

I expect you to complete the journalling tasks each week by taking the time to really think about what you want to attract into your life, and the type of relationship you want.

What does the course consist of?

• Six weekly/fortnightly Theta Healing Sessions to discover your real fears and doubts about yourself and to change them into positive energy - in order to understand what you want from a relationship.
• Weekly journalling sessions (via email) for you to plan your future relationship with yourself as well as with your future partner.
• Weekly angel readings (via email) to give you extra guidance to help you on your path to true love,
• Above all, you will find peace within that you may have forgotten was even there. The peace that comes when you are happy in yourself and are able to have a positive outlook on life and where it may take you.
